Qualifications

• Preferred 8+ years of professional expertise in Career Consulting or related fields.
• Experience across diverse industries and populations preferred (IT, financial services, healthcare, etc.).
• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategies and ATS systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist candidates across broad spectrum of career transition needs and guide job search.
• Help candidates build a best-fit career marketing plan aligned with experience and market demand.
• Coach candidates for interviews and salary negotiations to secure opportunities.
• Utilize technology tools (LinkedIn, AI, ATS, research databases) in career coaching.
• Engage candidates, manage time and priorities for program deliverables and reporting.
