We partner with organizations to boost productivity, strengthen leadership, and reduce turnover—and we empower individuals to make successful career transitions, secure rewarding new roles, or launch thriving businesses.

As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for experienced, results-driven Career Coaches to join our team on a contract basis (with potential for long-term collaboration). You’ll work primarily with mid-career to executive-level professionals who are navigating a career change or pursuing a new role in their current field.

In this role, you won’t be bogged down with resume writing, social media setup, or admin tasks—we have in-house specialists for that. Instead, you’ll focus on what you do best: coaching clients with precision, insight, and proven strategies to help them achieve their career goals.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and design customized coaching packages and action plans for individual clients.
• Guide clients in executing tactical job search strategies, including online platforms, recruiter outreach, networking, and targeted company lists.
• Leverage assessment tools, career frameworks, and proven coaching methods to inspire clarity, confidence, and measurable progress.
• Confidently present and sell coaching packages, demonstrating the value and outcomes clients can expect.
• Stay informed on local job markets, top employers, recruiters, networking groups, and industry associations.
• Provide expert guidance on resumes, ATS optimization, AI-driven tools, cover letters, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years career coaching experience with individual clients or corporate outplacement programs (owning your own practice a plus).
• Proven ability to create actionable, tailored career strategies.
• Strong consultative selling skills and comfort recommending packages.
• In-depth knowledge of the local job market and professional networks.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and advanced LinkedIn expertise.
• Highly professional, detail-oriented, and driven by results—with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
• Candidate must reside in the Greater Chicago, IL area.

Compensation

$75 per virtual coaching session plus commissions—with accelerators for B2C sales.
