Amazon's Career Choice program seeks a Sr. Marketing Manager to own the global Career Choice narrative, messaging pillars, and campaigns from Seattle, WA.

You will partner across PR, policy, AXU, and country teams to ensure consistent storytelling and drive external visibility. As a single-threaded owner, you will build success stories, manage a global content calendar, coordinate with internal teams, and develop materials for external employer partners.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the global Career Choice narrative, messaging pillars, and positioning
• Create and curate success stories globally across internal and external channels
• Lead global marketing campaigns for program launches, enhancements, and country expansions
• Build and manage a global content calendar and distribution strategy
• Set and enforce content and communications guardrails across all Career Choice marketing
• Coordinate with PR on media strategy, press releases, and spokesperson preparation
