Job summary

Amazon Career Choice is seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Program Manager to design and manage educational offerings that align with employer needs and create clear pathways to upwardly mobile careers for Amazon associates.

You will measure success with data, build internal and external partnerships, and lead large-scale programs that may be global, while mentoring junior PMs and coordinating across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis and extracting insights to inform decisions.
• 8+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Related experience in talent management, talent acquisition, workforce development, postsecondary education, vocational education, and/or skills training.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall program strategy for an assigned portfolio of educational offerings.
• Set objectives, analyze data, drive improvements with quantified metrics.
• Develop relationships with businesses inside and outside Amazon to hire Career Choice graduates.
• Identify and learn from high-performing educational provider partners.
• Engage teams to deliver high-quality programming to Amazon associates.
• Coordinate program design and launch within schedule and budget constraints.
• Write clear narratives and presentations to executives.
• Lead large, complex projects that may be global and mentor junior PMs.
• Recommend improvements to program scoping, building, and deployment.
• Mitigate risks and resolve ambiguities to keep projects on track.
