Marketing Manager to own Career Choice content, messaging, and global campaigns from Seattle. The role demands strategic storytelling at both the 30,000-foot level and in ground-level calendars, coordinating with PR, AXU, policy, and country teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximum external

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing, communications, or content strategy experience.
• 5+ years of leading global or multi-market marketing campaigns.
• Experience building and managing narrative and messaging frameworks.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups (PR, policy, brand, program teams).
• Experience creating content for both internal and external audiences at scale.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the global Career Choice narrative, messaging pillars, and positioning.
• Create and curate success stories globally across internal and external channels.
• Lead global marketing campaigns for program launches, enhancements, and country expansions.
• Build and manage a global content calendar and distribution strategy.
• Set and enforce content and communications guardrails across all Career Choice marketing.
• Coordinate with PR on media strategy, press releases, and spokesperson preparation.
• Partner with AXU to ensure Career Choice stories ladder into the Together at Amazon Grow Pillar narrative.
• Sync with the Program Team to prevent campaign overlap and ensure consistent associate-facing communications.
• Create marketing materials and success stories for external employer partners.
• Produce job transition success stories that link Career Choice graduates with career outcomes.
• Drive external visibility across media, social, events, conferences, and partner channels.
• Track and report on content performance, media coverage, and external visibility KPIs.
• Manage approval workflows and review all external-facing Career Choice content.
