Job summary

Artex is seeking a Program Manager to lead captive renewal processes, coordinate financial schedules, and onboard clients into the captive program. You will collaborate with the Captive Director, Assistant Captive Director, and Program Assistant to ensure smooth operations and timely renewals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in client coordination or claims management, a P&C license, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years client coordination/claims experience.
• Property & Casualty License required.
• Strong administration and servicing of client accounts.
• Knowledge of insurance brokerage operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead captive renewal submission process and gather exposure data.
• Coordinate premium payments, loss charges, and related expenses.
• Onboard new clients to the captive program.
• Support board meeting logistics and material preparation.
• Maintain relationships with service providers and brokers.
