Job summary

Artex, a global risk management leader, seeks an Assistant Captive Director, Benefits to retain and grow one or more Medical Stop Loss Group Captives. You’ll work with captive members, clients, brokers and service providers to drive renewal strategy and long-term growth, delivering exceptional service within a highly visible leadership role.

Reporting to the Captive Director, you’ll manage renewals, meetings, loss summaries, and cash flow, while guiding a team to meet deadlines and exceed client

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years post-qualification experience in re/insurance.
• In-depth knowledge of captives, benefits and risk management.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage teams and priorities.
• Proven client service and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage captive renewal processes, gather underwriting information and present to clients.
• Lead client meetings, coordinate loss summaries, and respond to inquiries.
• Guide renewal strategy with Captive Director and support growth of captive programs.
• Oversee policy issuance, premium audits, and cash receivables.
• Coordinate with service providers and maintain relationships with clients.
