Job summary

Indorama Ventures is seeking a Capital Project Manager to lead large capital and expense projects from concept through completion across the site. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and safety, coordinating engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams.

This role requires a BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Chemical Engineering with at least 10 years of engineering experience in petrochemical or refining settings, and familiarity with front-end loading, gates, and

Qualifications

• BS degree in mechanical or electrical, civil or chemical engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in a petrochemical or refining facility.
• Experience with front-end loading and detail design functions.
• CAPM/PMP preferred; strong project planning and scheduling knowledge.
• Proficient with project management software (MS Project or Primavera P6) and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage large capital and expense projects through site execution processes.
• Lead project reviews, develop justifications, and present to site and senior leadership.
• Ensure safety, cost management, and adherence to schedule with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with finance to align spending with cash-flow constraints.
• Communicate project status regularly to stakeholders and maintain documentation.
