Job summary

Indorama Ventures Intermediate Chemicals seeks a Capital Project Manager in Westlake, LA to lead large capital and expense projects through the full lifecycle, delivering on safety, cost, and schedule KPIs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and present updates to senior leadership, enabling financial value creation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a BS in engineering and at least 10 years of petrochemical or refining project experience.
• Experience with front-end design and detail design project functions preferred.
• Familiar with staged gate process; CAPM/PMP/PgMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large capital and expense projects from start to finish within safety, cost, and schedule targets.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, construction, and finance.
• Develop project Justifications and presentations for site and senior leadership.
• Ensure regulatory and environmental compliance throughout the project life cycle.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.
