Job summary

Lilly is looking to add to its Global Manufacturing Procurement Capital & Infrastructure team in Allentown, PA. You will oversee capital project sourcing, drive strategies, and lead supplier negotiations to support manufacturing initiatives.

The Associate Director will work with engineering, architecture and construction partners to ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and reduced supply risk across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required or equivalent.
• Proven track record in capital project sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead review of requirements and sourcing strategies for capital projects.
• Negotiate contracts to minimize cost and risk while meeting objectives.
• Qualify suppliers and manage supplier relationships and risk.
