Lilly Manufacturing is seeking an Associate Director-Capital Project Procurement Leader in Allentown, PA. You will lead sourcing and purchasing for capital projects, applying Lilly's Strategic Sourcing Process to deliver value and minimize risk on large capital investments.

This role requires 7+ years in capital projects, ability to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with engineering, architecture, and construction teams across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; 7+ years in capital project experience.
• Experience leading major capital sourcing projects and supplier management.
• Strong communication and contract negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead review of requirements, sourcing strategies, and supplier due diligence.
• Negotiate contracts to minimize costs and risks while meeting objectives.
• Coordinate with engineering, architecture and construction teams; manage supplier relationships.
• Sourcing for major capital projects (> $5MM) with global supplier involvement.
