Job summary

You will partner with engineering, operations and finance to drive cost, performance and supply continuity, negotiating multi-year agreements and optimizing the supplier base. The role requires strong commercial leadership, market expertise and an ability to influence executives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in capital equipment procurement, category management, or semiconductor engineering with Metrology.
• Proven experience leading global sourcing strategies and complex supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead global category strategies for capital equipment, including supplier selection and long-term roadmap alignment.
• Conduct market intelligence: supplier capability mapping, trends, pricing models, and cost curves.
• Lead executive-level supplier engagement: strategic reviews, performance management, escalation handling.
