Job summary

Amazon is seeking a CAPEX Equipment procurement leader to strategically source Auxiliary equipment and services for fulfillment operations. You will develop and execute robust category sourcing strategies, collaborate with multiple teams, and drive savings and supply chain resilience across the CAPEX Equipment category.

You will lead cross-functional sourcing teams, negotiate with suppliers, and monitor performance using data and metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of process improvement using data and metrics.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements with data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Establish multi-year category sourcing strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate with suppliers and execute contracts for cost optimization.
• Build relationships with category suppliers to meet business goals.
• Provide market intelligence and anticipate opportunities.
• Lead Supplier Relationship Management to mitigate risk.
• Identify and report savings and value targets for sourcing activity.
• Align with internal customers to understand category applications.
