Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years in capacity planning, supply chain analytics, or BI in semiconductor/advanced manufacturing.
• Hands-on data engineering including ETL and large dataset handling.
• Power BI or equivalent for dashboards and reporting.
• Experience with Databricks and Oracle databases or similar platforms.
• Experience creating API connections for automated data ingestion.
• Strong ETL and data integration knowledge.
• Advanced Excel for end-user updates.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, procurement, and finance.
• Strong analytical and scenario-planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and continually improve capacity planning processes and reporting.
• Translate forecasts into resource-constrained production plans with lead times and constraints.
• Design multi-scenario capacity models and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Develop an 18-month rolling capacity forecast with product ramps.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead cross-functional resolution initiatives.
• Build and manage data pipelines (ETL) from internal/external sources into reporting
• Set up API connections for automated data ingestion.
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and heatmaps for shortages and capacity.
• Generate Oracle reports ensuring data governance and consistency.
• Automate recurring reports for planning, inventory visibility, and decisions.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Finance for needs and adoption.
• Provide weekly status updates on availability, risks, and recovery plans.
