Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Program Manager – Strategic Planning & Capacity to lead the Global Capacity Planning model, onboard new customers, and guide executive strategy with detailed data analysis. This remote role reports to the Director of Global Capacity Planning and requires coordinating across Finance, Manufacturing, and Business Units worldwide.

The ideal candidate combines advanced Excel skills with strong communication and project-management abilities, capable of turning massive datasets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
• Strong Excel proficiency and data governance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Owns the update, maintenance, and validation of the Global Capacity Planning model.
• Collaborate with Business Units to gather demand projections and growth plans.
• Coordinate with manufacturing sites worldwide to capture capabilities for capacity planning.
• Prepare executive summaries and reports for leadership reviews.
• Support early engagement and onboarding of new customers with capacity planning inputs.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines across cross-functional teams.
• Identify data discrepancies and resolve bottlenecks with analytical rigor.
