Blackbaud seeks a Principal to shape and operationalize the India workforce strategy across Product and Enterprise Technology Groups. You will partner with executives to translate direction into structured transition roadmaps and governance across annual and quarterly planning.

You’ll orchestrate across Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, and Technology leadership, ensuring executable workforce plans with confidentiality and delivering leadership-ready insights on hiring, efficiency and delivery

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in workforce planning, transformation, or complex program leadership.
• Experience orchestrating cross-functional work without direct authority.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and translate strategy into executable plans.
• Strong communication to influence decisions across stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience handling confidential, high-sensitivity planning initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Model strategic scenarios and multi-year transition roadmaps to drive accountability.
• Leverage AI to accelerate workforce modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Track progress with hiring velocity, attrition, onboarding, and readiness.
• Act as a trusted liaison translating strategy into execution across leaders.
• Lead program communications and governance with clear status and risks.
• Support workforce budgeting and quarterly forecasting with finance.
• Coordinate hiring pipelines and backfill planning across the enterprise.
• Maintain confidentiality and governance of workforce planning activities.
• Define and refine workforce processes for Blackbaud India and the global model.
