Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own capability-inclusion mechanism: Represent India in global product planning, requirements, and design reviews from the outset.
• Run a single view of capability adoption with dependency maps and effort sizing for global planning.
• Sequence cross-team dependencies and coordinate across engineering, product, finance/compliance, and operations.
• Negotiate funding and execution ownership for India-specific customization work, including localization.
• Advocate for India's priorities in global planning and escalate blockers with data-backed cases.
• Establish baseline and reporting to measure adoption progress and scale the function.
• Partner with teams building Amazon's newest products and models to reflect India's needs early.
