You will support arrivals, interdepartmental collaboration, and day-to-day operations in a full-time role.

The position emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and IT comfort in a lively campus setting with teens and young adults, requiring energy, organization, and a problem-solving

Qualifications

• Legally able to work in the US.
• 2nd language is a huge plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and warmly welcome students, parents, staff, and visitors.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist walk-in visitors with school information and sales pitches.
• Maintain excellent relationships with sales colleagues and provide prompt service.
• Support students in daily life to ensure the best learning experience.
• Assist with student intakes, welcome bags, and ID badges.
• Manage front desk inquiries and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Support student satisfaction follow-ups and handle deliveries and notices.
