Job summary

EF Education First's Miami Beach campus is hiring a Student Services Coordinator to be the welcoming front line for students, parents, and staff. You will help manage campus operations, support arrivals, and ensure a warm, organized environment that enhances the learning experience.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm and requires strong customer service, communication, and IT skills; a second language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Person has excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Confident with IT and comfortable with teen/young adult learners.
• Energetic, highly organized and able to multitask in a busy campus.
• Legally able to work in the US and willing to undergo background checks.
• Second language is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and welcome students, parents, staff, and visitors.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist walk-in visitors with school information and sales pitch.
• Maintain excellent relationships with sales colleagues, delivering prompt service.
• Support students in daily life to enhance their learning experience.
• Participate in student intakes and prepare welcome bags and ID badges.
• Handle general daily student inquiries at the front desk.
• Support other department projects as needed.
• Assist with student satisfaction follow-ups when required.
• Check and accept delivery of school supplies and communications.
• Issue name badges to new staff and keep noticeboards updated.
• Ensure reception area stays clean, tidy, and presentable.

Your Role

EF Miami Beach International Language Campus is seeking an empathetic, energetic, and highly organized individual to join our team as the Student Services Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for both students and staff, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment while fostering a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for all.

As a key link between all departments, the Student Services Coordinator plays a central role in campus operations, ensuring every day presents new and exciting challenges. Responsibilities include assisting with student arrivals, providing interdepartmental support, upholding great customer service, and community engagement. This dynamic position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the student experience.

This role is full time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• To provide outstanding customer service and welcome students, parents, staff, and visitors as they arrive at the school
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and ensure timely follow-up
• Assist walk-in visitors with school information and sales pitch
• To maintain excellent relationships with sales colleagues, giving prompt, consistent service
• To support students in their daily life and enable them to achieve the best experience and highest learning possible
• Participates in student intakes, including preparing welcome bags and producing student identification badges
• Deals with general daily student enquiries at front desk
• Support other departments projects or teams as needed
• Assist with student satisfaction follow ups as and when required
• Checks and accepts delivery of school supplies, student and staff letters and packages
• Issues new staff with name badges and helps maintains school noticeboards
• Ensures reception area is kept clean, tidy & presentable always
