Job summary

Disney is seeking a Spring 2027 Disney College & International Recruitment Intern in Orlando, FL. This full-time six-month role supports daily recruitment operations, onboarding, and engagement activities for program participants, with a focus on accurate data handling and excellent guest service.

Eligibility includes enrollment in college and unrestricted work authorization. The role runs January 2027 through June 2027, with standard 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET hours and some weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions.
• Able to work independently and with a team, under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operation of College & International Recruitment.
• Support pre-arrivals, onboarding and arrivals day tasks and events.
• Contact participants via phone or email to offer support and gather information.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance in systems.
