About the Role & Program: As part of the Talent Connection Marketing team, you will collaborate with dedicated individuals working with the recruitment organization to attract and engage top talent to a Company known for crafting magical experiences for people of all ages. This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, Florida area from January 2027 - June 2027.
The intern will apply outstanding design skills to help produce solutions that meet the challenges of our clients while ensuring the integrity of the Disney brand standards. As we seek to amplify our recruitment marketing and evolving business goals and initiatives, you will develop assets for campaign executions across various media environments; including print, digital/web, and social platforms from large-scale campaigns to banner ads and everything in between.
On any given day you might:
Junior or Senior year preferred. Major or previous coursework in Graphic Design, Illustration or a related field.
The approximate dates of this internship are January 2027 – June 2027. Fully available from Monday - Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week. Able to provide own housing and transportation for the duration internship program in the Orlando, FL area.
