Cypress HCM is seeking an Onsite Ad Operations Specialist in Burbank to support the Internal Campaign Operations team. The role focuses on creative trafficking across global campaigns, maintaining a centralized database of specs, and building workback schedules against campaign launches.

Key responsibilities include attending release meetings, coordinating timelines with media buying and creative stakeholders, ensuring assets meet formats and deadlines, and applying correct tagging conventions.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with creative trafficking or ad operations tools (CM360, Flashtalking, Innovid).
• Familiarity with formats and specs across platforms (display, video, native, social).
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Attend campaign and creative release meetings to track launches and flight dates.
• Communicate timelines and scheduling changes to media buying and internal partners.
• Ensure assets are received in correct format and on time.
• Apply correct tagging and naming conventions to assets.
• Flag tracking or trafficking discrepancies for supervisor review.
• Provide basic creative best-practice recommendations per platform specs.
• Manage multiple campaigns and shifting timelines simultaneously.
• Maintain organization and documentation for stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly with planning, buying, and creative teams.
