Stripe is seeking a Campaign Strategy & Operations Manager to own the operational foundation powering Stripe's global demand engine. You will design processes, budget management, and resource planning while partnering with Global Campaigns, Demand and Field Marketing to enable faster, scalable execution.

This high-visibility role combines marketing strategy with operational execution; success will shape how the demand function operates for years to come.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in demand generation, campaign & marketing operations, strategy or related roles.
• Experience partnering with regional teams and channel partners.
• Ability to deploy AI-powered solutions within campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Cross-functional work experience spanning strategy, analysis and operations.
• Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and strong change management.

Responsibilities

• Support operating cadences for monthly/quarterly business reviews and planning.
• Architect scalable operating models across global, regional and channel teams.
• Monitor campaign production flow and identify efficiency gains.
• Lead strategic programs with clear frameworks and stakeholder alignment.
• Track and report key operational metrics and campaign health.
• Use analytics to inform hypotheses and prioritization with GTM teams.
