SharkNinja is offering Marketing, Creative & eCommerce internship opportunities in Needham, MA. This early talent program provides exposure to real campaigns, hands-on project ownership, and cross-functional collaboration across brand, creative, social, and ecommerce teams.

You will contribute to product launches, translate insights into compelling content, and build social, packaging, and retailer assets while learning global brand operations and processes.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Curious, consumer-focused, and fast-moving.
• Ability to work onsite with hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to real campaigns and product launches.
• Turn consumer and performance insights into creative, content, and commercial decisions.
• Build assets people actually see — social content, campaign creative, packaging copy, retailer pages.
• Track how campaigns perform across earned, owned, and paid channels.
• Collaborate with brand, creative, social, digital, sales, and external agency partners.
• Present your ideas and your results to cross-functional partners and marketing leaders.
