Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for FET’s Multilift products within the United States.

The BDM will develop profitable relationships with existing clients and new prospects, coordinate with account teams, and translate market insights into actionable sales plans that expand market share. The role involves strategy development with Engineering, global travel as needed, and reporting to the North American Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in business development and business representation in a relevant industry – Artificial Lift.
• Experience in expanding business into new and international markets.
• Ability to build relationships with new clients and across sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain profitable relationships with existing clients and new prospects.
• Create and execute strategic sales plans to grow the customer base and market segments.
• Develop quotes and proposals for clients and track progress toward growth goals.
• Coordinate with senior management and engineering to align product strategy with market needs.
• Travel as required to gather market intelligence and expand relationships.
• Maintain sales materials and communicate opportunities to North American Sales leadership.
