Job summary

Esri is offering a Global Business Development Internship to help customers understand how GIS addresses business challenges. You will work with account managers and solution engineers, contribute to customer-focused projects, and build skills in business development and technology-driven problem solving.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in consultative sales, customer engagement, and ArcGIS usage, with mentorship and exposure to Esri’s sales and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a four-year undergrad, graduate, or PhD program.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Interest in customer engagement and technology-enabled problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support research, outreach, and sales follow-up with customers and partners.
• Create maps, workflows, presentations, or materials communicating GIS value.
• Assist in inbound inquiries, lead qualification, and account planning activities.
