Galaminds is seeking a business analyst to collaborate with clients across industries, analyzing data, testing hypotheses, and presenting actionable recommendations. You will work in small consultant teams to drive solutions, while engaging with client leadership to implement outcomes and measure impact.

This role emphasizes qualitative and quantitative methods, cross-functional collaboration, and potential travel to client sites as part of project delivery and career growth within Galaminds.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree, master's degree, or at least one year of work experience following completion of your undergraduate degree.
• Ability to create a welcoming environment with staff at all levels of an organisation and to collaborate with others
• The capacity to lead a separate work stream within the context of a larger team project
• Comfortable in confusing, dynamic situations
• The ability to use quantitative approaches to examine and deconstruct situations
• The capacity to successfully communicate in both the local office language and English, both orally and in writing (s)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in groups of typically three to five consultants to find and frequently put into practice potential solutions for a given customer challenge or problem.
• Assist clients in realizing their most significant goals and improving their performance over the long term.
• Compile and evaluate data, create and test hypotheses, and develop and present recommendations throughout each project.
• Work with the client team to execute recommendations after presenting results to client management.
• You might need to travel to your client’s location in some circumstances.
