Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree, master's degree, or at least one year of work experience following completion of your undergraduate degree.
  • Ability to create a welcoming environment with staff at all levels of an organisation and to collaborate with others
  • The capacity to lead a separate work stream within the context of a larger team project
  • Comfortable in confusing, dynamic situations
  • The ability to use quantitative approaches to examine and deconstruct situations
  • The capacity to successfully communicate in both the local office language and English, both orally and in writing (s)

You will work in teams and directly with our clients at one of our offices across the globe. This job opportunity is also available in Ho Chi Minh City in addition to these places.

In this position, you will assist our clients in the social, public, and private sectors in finding solutions to some of their most pressing issues. You will collaborate with a variety of experts at the company, including software and app designers, researchers, and data scientists.

Additionally, you will be assisted in choosing projects based on your priorities and the requirements of client service teams by a professional development manager who oversees staffing.

We see the business analyst role as the beginning of a fulfilling, difficult, and incredibly flexible career with Galaminds. You will work with a variety of coworkers and clients in a variety of industries and functional areas over your first few years with the company as a business analyst on numerous client engagements.

We encourage you to rotate for a year with one of our practices or global offices (such as corporate finance, the social sector, healthcare, operations, etc.); many people do this after two years as generalist business analysts. You will probably come into contact with a variety of aspects of our firm’s activity, such as digital, implementation, tech, and analytics skills, either through teamwork or by working with coworkers from these groups.

You will transition into a post-graduate school career following your stint as a business analyst, presuming good performance. With the support of the company, some business analysts will take advantage of the chance to gain outside experience through a secondment (externship) with a customer in the private or nonprofit sectors. Others might decide to attend graduate school with help from the company.
