Job summary

Remitly, Inc. seeks a Principal Brand Strategist to drive brand evolution across global markets. You will craft briefs, shape messaging and naming frameworks, and ensure consistent brand delivery across channels and regions.

You’ll partner closely with creative leads, growth, product, and regional teams to translate insights into actionable strategies. You will also lead AI-enabled branding efforts, train custom GPTs and evolving workflows, and build practical tools used by the full marketing

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in brand strategy, content strategy, or integrated marketing—agency or in-house.
• Strong messaging framework development and brief writing.
• Experience on global or multicultural brands with cultural sensitivity.
• Familiarity with AI tools for brand and copy work.

Responsibilities

• Write briefs driving key campaigns and brand evolution.
• Develop messaging and naming frameworks for channels.
• Evaluate agency work against strategy and ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, Regional teams to tailor messaging.
• Train AI systems on brand voice and strategic thinking.
