Bayer is seeking a Global Brand Readiness Director for Cell & Gene Therapy (Parkinson's Disease) to translate breakthrough science into customer value propositions and go-to-market models across global, regional, and local launches.

In this role you will lead cross-functional teams across commercial, medical, market access, regulatory, and country organizations to build launch readiness frameworks, KPIs, and strategic recommendations for leadership, balancing long-term strategy with pragmatic

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Advanced scientific, business, or healthcare degree preferred.
Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, commercial strategy, launch excellence, or brand management.
Strong track record in launch planning and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop global go-to-market models for Cell & Gene Therapy launch readiness across markets.
Shape the commercial model for therapy delivery, including treatment centers and patient pathways.
Define stakeholder engagement across patients, specialists, payers, and healthcare institutions.
Lead segmentation, market archetypes, targeting, messaging, and investment decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align launch priorities; build KPIs and business cases.
Generate insights on customer needs, market dynamics, care pathways, and resource allocation.
