Bayer AG in Whippany, NJ, seeks a Global Brand Readiness Director for Cell & Gene Therapy (Parkinson's Disease). The role translates science into customer value and coordinates global, regional, and local launch readiness across commercial, medical, market access, regulatory, and country teams.

You will develop go-to-market models, shape the commercial framework for therapy delivery, define stakeholder engagement, lead segmentation, and build launch readiness KPIs and business cases.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, commercial strategy, launch excellence, or brand management.
• Strong track record in launch planning, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, influencing, presentation, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop global differentiated go-to-market models for Cell & Gene Therapy launch readiness cross-functionally in collaboration with key markets.
• Shape the future commercial model for complex therapy delivery, including treatment centers, referral pathways, procedural stakeholders, and patient journey requirements.
• Define stakeholder engagement across patients, specialists, neurosurgeons, Centers of Excellence, healthcare institutions, payers, and priority markets.
• Lead customer segmentation, market archetypes, targeting, messaging inputs, and scenario recommendations to guide investment and launch decisions.
• Partner with global and local teams across commercial, medical, market access, regulatory, and country organizations to align launch priorities.
• Build launch readiness frameworks, KPIs, tracking mechanisms and business cases.
• Generate actionable insights on customer needs, competitive dynamics, healthcare systems, care pathways, and resource allocation.
• Support strategic planning cycles by translating evidence, market feedback, and cross-functional input into clear recommendations for leadership.
