Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, game publishing, or marketing within gaming or entertainment.
• Experience leading end-to-end campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Ability to write sharp, decision-enabling briefs and translate insights into strategic direction.
• Proven success guiding matrixed teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive end-to-end global campaign strategy for VALORANT.
• Deliver decision-enabling, insight-driven briefs and steward creative partners.
• Guide matrixed teams and Regional Brand Leads for global publishing cohesion.
• Establish campaign KPIs with Insights and optimize based on data.
• Manage full-year publishing roadmaps and budgets in line with game timelines.
