Job summary

Ookla is seeking an independent, hands-on Program Manager to support the Brand Licensing segment, focusing on the Americas and reporting to the Director, Global Brand Licensing. You will guide clients through complex programmatic challenges and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize business benefits.

Responsibilities include managing the Brand Licensing lifecycle, coordinating asset delivery, and enabling sales with pre- and post-sales support.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in agency, media or brand partnerships account management with track record of sales enablement/growth and direct client relationships.
• Background in Telecommunications industry (mobile or fixed internet).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (must).
• Experience with licensing, brand partnerships sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Support Speedtest Awards and Claims with regional sales teams and manage the Brand Licensing Client Management Lifecycle.
• Pre-sales research, presentations, and claim opportunity assessment/prioritization.
• Client launch and asset management including onboarding, collateral customization and delivery, claim guidance, social media assets, substantiation documents and creative feedback/approvals based on guidelines.
• Coordinate and align timelines for asset delivery and client campaign launches.
• Review market data to identify potential claims for sales or clients.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Data teams to improve processes.
• Assist Content in creating brand case studies for client meetings.
• Travel up to 25% and complete background checks.
