Job summary

Ookla is seeking an independent, data-minded Program Manager to support the Brand Licensing segment globally, focusing on the Americas region. You will liaise between clients and the Brand Licensing team, guiding complex programs and claims backed by Ookla data.

Ideal candidates have account management experience, strong client relationships, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in agency, media or brand partnerships with sales enablement/strong client relationships
• Background in Telecommunications industry (mobile or fixed internet)
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Understanding of internet connectivity tech and terminology a plus
• Experience with licensing, brand partnerships sales cycle a must
• Excellent written and communication skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Support Speedtest Awards and Claims with regional sales teams
• Coordinate Brand Licensing Client Management Lifecycle
• Pre-sales research, presentations and claim opportunity assessment
• Asset management including onboarding, collateral customization and delivery
• Coordinate timelines for asset delivery and client campaigns
• Work with Product, Marketing and Data teams to improve processes
• Collaborate with Design for award asset fulfillment and customization
• Organize brand use cases and assist Content with case studies
• Provide feedback to Enterprise Marketing for in-market engagements
