Job summary

Jazwares is seeking an Associate Product Manager to shepherd new product lines from concept through market launch. You will act as a central hub for daily development operations, maintaining timelines, tracking costs, and coordinating communications between internal teams and our Asia offices.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in product development, design, or project management.
• Foundational exposure to plastics, materials, and global consumer manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data accuracy and costing logs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager across all phases of development from concept to mass production.
• Maintain project timelines and costs; update documentation in Smartsheet.
• Coordinate with Asia Product Managers and internal teams to align concept and production schedules.
• Collect, log, and analyze costs from global suppliers; compare against budgets.
