Job summary

Hiya is seeking a seasoned communications leader to own and amplify our brand globally. The role blends strategy with hands-on execution, shape-shifting across press, analysts, social channels, and events to position Hiya as a trusted leader in voice security and AI fraud prevention.

You will direct the creative and events teams, work with PR agencies, and write the voice that travels across paid, owned, and earned media. This is a director-level role for someone who still loves doing the work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in brand, communications, or PR at B2B tech companies, including leading teams and agencies across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Own the brand and ensure a cohesive visual and verbal identity across all touchpoints.
• Set global PR strategy and lead agencies while keeping narratives in-house.
• Turn data into headlines with the State of the Call and other market stories.
• Build analyst relations and shape how operators and buyers see Hiya.
