Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an accomplished Chief Communications Officer to shape and execute a unified global communications strategy. You will lead brand narrative, executive visibility, and cross-functional initiatives across markets, time zones, and regulatory environments.

You will guide leadership messaging, drive thought leadership, manage budgets, and collaborate with Legal, Investor Relations, and Product teams to maximize corporate visibility and trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in communications, journalism, marketing, business, science, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications or corporate affairs, including in regulated industries.
• Proven ability to develop and execute global communications strategies in multinational organizations.
• Expertise in brand narrative development, executive visibility, and integrated campaigns.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a global corporate communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Translate priorities into annual communications plans with defined audiences, objectives, and budgets.
• Lead global messaging while incorporating regional priorities and cultural differences.
• Oversee foundational materials: presentations, press releases, talking points, FAQs.
• Drive thought leadership and identify opportunities for visibility in content, speaking engagements, and earned media.
• Counsel senior executives on positioning, strategy, visibility, and reputational risk.
• Direct brand-building campaigns using research and performance data to optimize impact.
• Lead communications for transactions and partnerships with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate messaging across Media Relations, Product, Corporate Affairs, and others.
• Monitor brand perception and leverage AI-enabled search and digital channels for visibility.
• Ensure consistent, credible external messaging and maintain information availability across channels.
• Develop measurable performance indicators and demonstrate business value.
