Job summary

We. is seeking an Account Director to lead the Corporate Reputation and Brand Purpose team, coordinating complex work across clients, agency teams, contractors, and Studio partners.

You’ll guide senior relationships, shape compelling stories, and drive strategy across launches, events, and news cycles. The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in communications with media, sustainability or corporate reporting experience; strong management, writing, and presentation skills; and the ability to grow

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in communications, marketing or media, incl 4+ years in management.
• Experience with business, agriculture, sustainability media is preferred.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills with executive audiences.
• Experience with sustainability, ESG, CSR, or corporate reporting is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with AI in communications and analytics.

Responsibilities
