• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred for strategic leadership.
• Experience in global marketing within beauty or CPG.
• Proven track record of disruptive, category-defining innovation.

• Define and lead global innovation strategy for Body Care, establishing differentiated benefits and positioning.
• Own the 3-year innovation roadmap to drive category leadership and growth.
• Lead development from insight to commercialization grounded in consumer needs.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product Development, Supply Chain, Packaging, Regulatory, and regions.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape category strategies and whitespace opportunities.
• Oversee category P&L inputs, cost targets, and margin management.
• Analyze performance and trends to inform portfolio optimization.
• Manage and develop direct report(s) to foster high performance.
