You will work on the Executive Leadership Team to ensure safety, culture, and Programmatic excellence. Essential leadership, global education expertise, and a track record in competency-based approaches are required to shape a vibrant, inclusive learning environment for a diverse student

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Proven leadership in secondary/boarding or experiential learning.
• Experience with competency-based assessment and mastery-based evaluation.
• Strong global or international education background and cultural agility.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite operational leadership and daily management across the school and residential life.
• Foster a culture of care, collaboration, and restorative practices within a diverse community.
• Design and implement programmatic Personal Pathways and competency-based curricula.
• Co-lead with senior ops and governance to align strategy with onsite needs.
• Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and emergency response as DSL/lead.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, staff development, and stakeholder communications.
