Job summary

Rezolute is seeking a Vice President, Global Manufacturing to design and lead a fully externalized biologics manufacturing network, from cell line through Drug Product, across a global provider ecosystem. The role interfaces with Site Heads and above-site leadership to ensure capacity, reliability, and readiness for late-phase and commercial supply.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of biologics manufacturing experience in biotech/biopharma.
• Experience building external manufacturing function for late-phase to commercial programs.
• Executive relationship management with CDMOs and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement a global externalized manufacturing network.
• Oversee manufacturing from cell line to Drug Product across a global provider network.
• Manage manufacturing planning, capacity, risk, and KPIs for reliable supply.
• Lead governance with service providers and executives to ensure performance and costs.
• Collaborate with Quality, MSAT and Regulatory for submissions and inspections.
