Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering with a focus on software or electronics or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage complexity, set priorities, and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle strategic and complex inquiries from initial contact to contract signing.
• Coordinate between customers and internal teams like Sales, Product Management, and Project Management.
• Develop technical concepts that meet customer requirements.
• Analyze and document technical specifications focusing on hardware, software, and quality requirements.
• Evaluate risks and opportunities in proposals.
• Present solution concepts confidently to customers.
