Responsibilities

Be a technical lead on a global team responsible for business intelligence development, analytics engineering, and reporting platforms supporting manufacturing, supply chain, finance, HR, commercial operations, engineering, and corporate functions.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making across the enterprise.
Own Microsoft Fabric and PowerBI platforms for the enterprise, including platform strategy, architecture, governance, security, adoption, and operational excellence.
Drive modernization of legacy analytics environments through cloud-first architectures, platform consolidation, and technical debt reduction initiatives.
Establish enterprise governance frameworks for reporting standards, semantic models, data visualization, and citizen development programs.
Lead enterprise adoption of self-service analytics by developing reusable semantic models, training programs, and enablement frameworks.
Influence organizational change management efforts to increase adoption of new technologies, analytics platforms, and AI-powered capabilities.
