• Lead the Technical Transfer Program with formula scale-up and testing.
• Review all formulas in SAP-PLM for global production readiness.
• Lead cross-functional product development with flavor houses and suppliers.
• Develop formulation specifications and coordinate testing and sensory evaluations.
• Provide technical leadership for the Americas to ensure quality and supply continuity.
