Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a Product Data Project Manager to lead end-to-end BOM creation and governance across regions. You will coordinate cross-functional teams in Technical Operations, Supply Chain, and regional groups to ensure data integrity and GS1 compliance using SAP/MDG/PLM.

The role requires 3–5 years in end-to-end supply chain operations with SAP product data management, GS1 standards, and BOM governance; a Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of end-to-end supply chain experience with SAP product data management, GS1 standards, and BOM governance.
• Proficiency with SAP MM/PP, MDG, GS1 data standards; PLM experience preferred.
• Six Sigma Black Belt and/or PMP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional management and prioritization of BOM creation and execution for assigned region.
• Serve as the central point of accountability and align stakeholders across Technical Operations, Supply Chain, and regional teams.
• Define and drive strategic BOM setup approaches within SAP/MDG/PLM frameworks.
• Mentor and train BOM team on GS1 standards, SAP transactions, and data governance best practices.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to align timelines and support new product introductions.
