Fluence is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to develop and execute global supply plans for BESS components, ensuring material availability and production readiness. The role interfaces with demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, and order fulfillment to balance demand, supplier capacity, and inventory investment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex supply chains for battery-related components, with deep ERP/MRP knowledge and strong analytical skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Supply Planning or related SCM areas.
• 3+ years supporting Battery Energy Storage Systems or similar industries.
• Experience managing complex global supply chains with OEMs and strategic suppliers.
• Strong understanding of MRP, inventory planning, replenishment, and capacity planning.
• Experience with SAP, SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP/MRP systems.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term supply plans to support global demand and manufacturing.
• Balance supply availability, production capacity, inventory targets, and supplier constraints.
• Translate demand plans into actionable supply and replenishment strategies.
• Drive end-to-end material readiness to support manufacturing and delivery commitments.
• Identify supply risks and develop mitigation plans to prevent disruptions.
• Coordinate planning across global locations and contract manufacturing partners.
