D-Wave Quantum Inc. is seeking a Global Benefits Specialist II to join our Total Rewards team.

You will administer and support our global benefits programs, partnering with employees, HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate, compliant benefits across multiple countries. This role balances day-to-day operations with data analysis and project work in a fast-paced environment, requiring 3+ years in benefits administration and strong Excel skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years in benefits administration, Total Rewards, or HR.
• Experience administering employee benefit programs in a multi-state or global environment.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and benefits administration platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer global benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, wellness, and voluntary benefit offerings.
• Support benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, terminations, and other employee benefit transactions.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, vendors, and brokers to ensure accurate benefit administration and resolve employee issues.
• Audit benefit data, payroll deductions, and vendor files to maintain data integrity.
• Support annual Open Enrollment, benefit renewals, and other recurring benefits activities.
• Manage global leave of absence administration, ensuring compliance with FMLA and local requirements.
• Prepare reports and analyze benefits data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and required employee communications.
• Participate in benefits projects, system enhancements, and vendor implementations.
• Maintain benefits documentation and SOPs.
• Deliver outstanding service and guidance on benefit programs.
