Job summary

6sense is seeking a Benefits Partner to administer global benefits programs across the U.S., India, Canada, and the UK. The role involves leave administration, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliant, employee-centered delivery.

Responsibilities include renewals, open enrollment, and reporting, with collaboration across People, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams. A CEBS or similar certification is preferred, and the base salary range is provided, reflecting a comprehensive compensation

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in benefits administration or Total Rewards
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and global benefits regulations
• Experience partnering with vendors, payroll, finance, legal, and People teams
• Attention to detail and ability to exercise independent judgment
• Experience with HRIS and benefits platforms, especially Workday
• CEBS or similar certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration of global benefits programs across regions (U.S., India, Canada, UK)
• Oversee benefits program execution in a shared services model
• Administer leave programs including statutory, FMLA, state leaves, disability support
• Lead global benefits renewal and annual cycle coordination
• Partner with vendors, brokers, Payroll, Finance, Legal, HR Technology, and People teams on deductions and reporting
• Ensure compliance with applicable benefits, pension, leave, tax, and privacy regulations
• Provide reporting and analysis on participation, cost trends, vendor performance, and service metrics
