Comcast NBCUniversal is seeking a Senior Manager of Global Benefits to lead health care programs and vendor partnerships, ensuring strong performance and member experience. You will translate data-driven insights into strategic actions across Global Benefits, HR, and business teams.

The role emphasizes strategic vendor oversight, renewal negotiations, and program governance, with a focus on compliance and program value in a dynamic health care ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in employer-sponsored health benefits, health care consulting, health plan administration, vendor management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. health care and employer-sponsored benefits landscape, including self-funded health plans.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex health care vendor relationships including leading vendor renewals, contract negotiations, RFPs, and implementations.
• Working knowledge of key regulatory requirements affecting employer-sponsored health plans, including ERISA, ACA, and MHPAEA.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting claims, utilization, engagement, financial, and member-experience data.
• Strong business judgment with the ability to balance employee experience, program effectiveness, affordability, compliance, and operational considerations.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale vendor implementations across a complex vendor ecosystem and effectively collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with employees, HRBPs and other internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic relationships with health care, advocacy, and clinical partners, overseeing performance and service delivery.
• Establish expectations and accountability for contractual commitments, performance guarantees, service levels, compliance, and member experience.
• Lead business reviews and performance discussions using data to assess results and identify opportunities.
• Manage vendor operating expenses, invoice approvals, and other contractual financial commitments.
• Build relationships across vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and improve program performance.
• Leverage AI, automation, and digital tools to improve vendor management and insights.
