Comcast NBCUniversal seeks a Senior Manager of Global Benefits to lead strategic relationships with health care providers and partners, driving program performance and member experience across a broad benefits ecosystem.

You will translate data insights into strategic actions, manage vendor negotiations, and oversee governance and compliance with ERISA, ACA, MHPAEA, and related regulations, collaborating with HR and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of experience in employer-sponsored health benefits or related field.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. health care and employer-sponsored benefits landscape.
• Experience managing complex health care vendor relationships including renewals, contract negotiations, RFPs, and implementations.
• Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, MHPAEA and related regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic relationships with health care, advocacy, and clinical partners, overseeing performance and service delivery.
• Establish expectations and accountability for contracts, performance, service levels, and member experience.
• Lead reviews and use data to assess results and identify opportunities to improve value.
• Manage vendor expenses, invoices, and financial commitments.
• Build relationships across vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve vendor management, reporting, and insights.
• Drive vendor renewals, negotiations, and RFPs; support contracting and implementation of new solutions.
• Partner with Procurement, Legal, consultants and other stakeholders through sourcing and renewal cycles.
• Ensure governance and compliance with ERISA, ACA, MHPAEA; maintain plan documents and notices.
